Ryan Vaugh the HR Director for the new facility in Ogden will talk to us about their new location at the Business Depot, their goals in Ogden and support with the community. 

Ryan is currently the Corporate Human Resources Director for Honeyville, Inc., a food ingredients manufacturer.  Previously, Ryan has held HR leadership positions with Staker & Parson Companies, Barnes Aerospace and Eaton Corp. Ryan has a passion for continuous learning and improvement. One of his professional accomplishments was earning the Shingo Prize with Barnes Aerospace for Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. Ryan attended Utah State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Masters of Business Administration (Go Aggies)!
