Shoes for Tots is the core service project of the Ogden Breakfast Exchange Club. It has been serving the kids of the Ogden/Weber area for over 40 years. Hot Chocolate Booth Warming Children’s Feet for Nearly 40 Years By Rachel J. Trotter Chances are you’ve probably been warmed by hot chocolate from the brightly-decorated hot chocolate booth set up just outside Santa’s house at Ogden’s Christmas Village. But what you probably didn’t know is that the purchase of that hot chocolate goes to outfit about 500 area children with brand new shoes every year with the Shoes for Tots program.
This program is available to all schools in the Ogden/Weber area. This would also pertain to other organizations that devote their efforts to the youth in our community. This would include such organizations as Christmas Box House, DCFS, Youth Impact, Prevent Child Abuse Utah, Boys and Girls Clubs, etc. We rely on fundraisers and donations to keep this program funded (click on the "About Us" tab for further info), so please keep us in mind for any of your school's or organization's fundraising activities. Thank you for support. |
