Dr. Madonne Miner was recently named provost at Weber State replacing Dr. Michael Vaughan. Prior to her appointment as Provost she served as Dean of the Telitha E.Lindquist College of Arts & Humanities at Weber State University for eight years.

When accepting the assignment of Provost, she praised the university’s leadership and the strong foundation she inherited:

“This university has a firm grasp on its mission and vision, and my higher education values are Weber State’s values: access, learning and community.”

Dr. Miner will provide updates on new academic developments and direction for WSU.
