Angela Choberka Assistant Director, Ogden United Promise Neighborhood Angela recently joined the team to continue developing the Ogden United Promise Neighborhood initiative and to expand the team’s efforts to build community partnerships through a collective impact framework. Ogden United PN and its partners are creating a pipeline of supports and services to help children succeed in Ogden from the cradle to career. Angela moved to Ogden eleven years ago; she lives in the Ogden United PN footprint and has been an educator in numerous roles for the past fifteen years. She is currently working toward her PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Utah. Her area of research involves delving into social justice issues surrounding access to equitable educational experiences for all children. Her work with Ogden United PN will help to convert much of the research and theory into direct action to help children reach their full potential.
