Susan Cross, the Sales Director at Ben Lomond Suites will present  the new and innovated changes performed at the hotel, how they continued serving our community and how this historical Ogden's Only full-service hotel strives in supporting the economic development of the Ogden area and a legacy to all of us.

Susan works directly with the General Manager concerning the daily operations of the hotel, working with all departments of the hotel, supporting the needs of housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and sales efforts.

Susan  has 25 years extensive experience in the Hotel industry. She worked with the Food and Beverage Sales and Management of varied brands of hotels. She brings 20 years of experience in Business and Marketing. Her overall training comes from Hilton, Marriott, Choice and IHG Brands . She graduated  from the University of Utah, with a Bachelor of Science degree, Business and Marketing.
