Lt. Mark Horton, Weber County Sheriff Search and Rescue

Lieutenant Mark Horton oversees the Weber County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue teams. SAR is a volunteer organization assigned to assist the sheriff's office with calls for help throughout Weber County. Part of the teams' training includes incident response when people fall into quick-moving water.
