Amanda Lessard, Ogden-Weber Technical College Custom Fit

Amanda Lessard has been the Custom Fit Director for Ogden-Weber Technical College since 2022. Prior to coming to OTECH, she worked in Custom Fit for Davis Technical College.

Each year the Utah State Legislature allocates Custom Fit funds to encourage companies to pursue training that will maintain and grow Utah’s businesses. Ogden-Weber Technical College’s Custom Fit Training program administers the Custom Fit funds for Weber County. These funds may be used to reimburse up to 40% of a company's training costs.
