Ryan Davis and Tommy Marcheschi, J. Fisher Companies
Ryan Davis is a Partner at J. Fisher Companies where he focuses on multifamily and mixed-use development projects. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in real estate specializing in private equity, institutional investments, and public-private partnerships. Ryan is an Adjunct Professor with the Master of Real Estate Development program at the University of Utah. Ryan was raised in a military family but has called Utah home for the past decade.
Tommy Marcheschi is the CFO at J. Fisher Companies and has over 15 years of progressive accounting and management experience. He is responsible for the internal and external financial reporting deliverables of the organization, as well as assists with securing financing for our projects. He has extensive experience building high-performing finance teams which integrate with and support operational leadership. Tommy is an Ogden native and passionate about all things Ogden.
