Rhett Potter, Founder, Problems Anonymous Action Group

As a young social worker in Ogden in 1971, Rhett Potter founded what we now know as Weber-Morgan Human Services. He also founded PAAG (Problems Anonymous Action Group)—a program to keep mentally ill people out of the expensive and cold-tempered state hospital and house them in their own community. At the age of 85 he still shepherds that program, housing about 120 persons and impacting about 1400 more with socialization and emotional support.
