Dr. Kerry Kennedy and Chuck Holland, Weber State University Department of Social Work
The mission of the WSU social work program is to prepare undergraduate students in beginning generalist social work practice with diverse people and systems in a wide variety of settings and contexts. The program emphasizes service to individuals, families, groups, communities, organizations, and institutions.
Dr. Kennedy received her PhD in social work from Ohio State University, where her research focused on substance abuse and motivation. She serves as Weber State's department chair and maintains her Licensed Clinical Social Work license. Chuck Holland is the development director for the college of social and behavioral science.
